After 25 years in the for-profit sector, including experience in finance/banking, entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing, Lisa Peier woke up to her true purpose: a faith led mission to raise global consciousness and positively impact as many people as possible. Her spiritual journey led to a 180 degree career change into the nonprofit sector, and divine intervention led to her role at Evolve Foundation and Healing Breakthrough. At Evolve, Lisa works closely with the senior executive team to support impact projects and strategic initiatives. In her role as Director of Development at Healing Breakthrough, Lisa is responsible for fundraising and donor relationship management. She is deeply committed to and passionate about the shared mission of bringing more joy, peace, love, and freedom to millions of people and our incredible potential to heal from the inside out with access to the right tools and support.

Lisa is the former Chief Investment Officer at A-Rod Corp, where she oversaw all venture investments and brand partnerships for both Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez. She started her career at Fidelity Investments and worked as an equity analyst at both JPMorgan in New York and Redburn Partners in London. She holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.A. from Boston College.
