Dominika Halka is Managing Director at Evolve. She heads all financial operations of Evolve, including Healing Breakthrough, and leads several other key initiatives. Before Evolve, she held a senior manager position at the United Nations. She and her team assisted developing countries in generating resources needed to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. One particular achievement she is proud of is having initiated and built a new training program at the United Nations for developing countries that assists them in getting a larger share of tax revenue in situations when it must be allocated between two countries.
